DISCOVER WHAT AWAITS YOU IN
WHEN NATURE REVEALS ITS GIFTS

In this book, you will discover three treasures of nature:
essential oils, carrier oils and hydrolats.
Each has its own origins, properties and unique ways of supporting your wellbeing.
Three different worlds, united by a common source: nature.
THREE WAYS TO CONNECT
WITH NATURE

ESSENTIAL OILS
The most aromatic and concentrated essence of a plant. Extracted from flowers, leaves, bark, roots or fruits, they hold an extraordinary wealth of aromas in a tiny amount.

CARRIER OILS
Obtained mainly from seeds, fruits and nuts. Nourishing and rich, they provide a wonderful base for skincare and are also natural companions to many essential oils.

HYDROLATS
Aromatic waters produced during the distillation of certain plants. Much gentler than essential oils, they retain some of the plant’s constituents and a delicate scent.
