Terms of Purchase

The product is a digital copy of WHEN NATURE REVEALS ITS GIFTS (Roble Collection). It is digital content supplied without a physical medium: no physical book is sent, and it is not delivered as a freely redistributable PDF file.

Each copy is individually identified by its own number with the prefix RB, assigned when payment is confirmed.

The book is read through this website’s online Library.

3. Price

Each copy costs €12.50, including VAT, unless a different price or promotional offer is expressly displayed before purchase.

4. Purchases for yourself and as a gift

Purchases for yourself: the copy is linked to the email address provided by the purchaser, who receives access to the Library.

Gift purchases: the purchaser provides the name used to sign the gift and the recipient’s email address. The copy is linked to the recipient’s email address, and the recipient receives access to the Library directly. The purchaser receives an email confirming that the gift has been sent.

In both cases, the contract is concluded with the person who purchases and pays. A gift recipient does not have to accept these terms to receive their copy.

5. Payment

Payment is made through Stripe on its own payment page. Card details are entered directly into Stripe and do not pass through our servers.

The purchase is confirmed when Stripe notifies us that payment has been successfully completed.

6. Delivery and access

Once payment is confirmed, the copy is assigned its RB number and the access link to the online Library is sent by email: to the purchaser when buying for themselves, or to the recipient when buying as a gift.

Access to the content is therefore provided after payment has been confirmed.

7. Devices

Each copy may be read on up to three devices authorised by its holder. Once this limit is reached, the Library allows authorised devices to be managed in accordance with its technical conditions.

8. Personal use

The digital copy is intended for the personal use of its holder: the purchaser or, for gifts, the recipient. Reproducing it, redistributing it or making it available to third parties is not authorised beyond what is permitted by law and these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The texts, illustrations, photographs, graphic compositions, design and other content of the copy and the website are protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a copy does not authorise its reproduction, distribution, adaptation or communication to the public, except as permitted by law or with express permission.

10. Right of withdrawal for digital content

The copy is digital content supplied without a physical medium, and access is provided once payment is confirmed.

Before paying, the purchaser expressly requests immediate access to the digital content and acknowledges that, once supply begins under these conditions, they lose their right of withdrawal. They do so by ticking a checkbox at the final stage of the purchase; the purchase cannot proceed without this acceptance.

The acceptance, together with the version of these terms in force at that time, is recorded with the order, and the purchaser subsequently receives confirmation of it.

12. Data protection

Personal data provided during a purchase is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Information about cookies is available in the Cookie Policy.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, European Union law.
